2. Quotes, assessments and requests

• Submitting a form is a request for information and does not create a contract.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Because hardware prices and exchange rates change frequently, procurement quotes are subject to supplier availability and may need to be re-confirmed before ordering.
• The free IT assessment is offered without obligation. Its scope and availability are at our discretion.
• Work, procurement and support contracts are governed by the written proposal, quote or service agreement we agree with you, which takes priority over these website terms.

3. Support tickets

Response times for support tickets depend on the service agreement in place. For clients without a support contract, tickets are handled on a best-efforts basis and may be chargeable. Ticket reference numbers confirm receipt only.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, including by submitting false or malicious information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.

5. Intellectual property

The Ganibeans name, logo, website design and content belong to Ganibeans Nigeria Limited. Third-party brand names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe products we can supply.
